The online signup process was not clear and caused me to call customer service. I am unhappy because I can not pay a deposit in order to reserve a unit. I am being forced to basically pay for an extra month of storage service in order to ensure I have the unit when I need it in June. If you need to reserve multiple units, you may experience errors with the online system.
Great customer service. They were so helpful. Thanks to all that helped me through the process.
So far so good I haven’t got to get to the storage unit yet but everything done online was quick fast payment was easy. I’m renting this to move my daughter out of OSU for the summer so I don’t have to drag it all back home and this will work perfect thank you for the ease of renting again so far so good
Customer service was great I had to be on hold and when the option to be called back was offered I took it they called me back within the estimated time and were very helpful and quick
