I do not recommend Arborstone Storage. We came to move our stuff out crickets, spiders and dust all over. Also, they told me if I didn't want to pay extra for their insurance, have my insurance agent sign a waiver and they would deduct the extra $10. My agent signed 2 waivers cause the my bill still showed me getting charged for the insurance. They never have deducted the insurance charge and refused to reimburse me for the 4 months of charging me. The units in Stillwater do not look anything like the website pictures.... read more
these people are crooks. do not rent from this place. they over charge, make different rules with no contract signed by lessor. never ending crap from them.
