I am really bummed about my experience at Arborshade Dermatology. I was excited to find a dermatologist in my neighborhood but will not be returning or recommending this practice. I went in for a standard skin check but had a few other concerns I wanted to ask about. I was on my second or third concern when the doctor cut me off and told me that this was only a skin check and she answered my other questions as a courtesy. I was battling a severe case of systemic poison ivy that turned into cellulitis. After weeks of ER visits, multiple doctors, endless itching, swelling, and sleep deprivation (A situation made worse by the fact I have a seizure disorder), I was lying in bed covered in weeping lesions with hope fading fast.
