I hired a professional arborist with this company to not repeat what has happened previously with companies I hired who did not have certified arborists. Considering what I paid for this "professional pruning and shaping" , this is what my tree looks like now. Because the arborist was instructing the crew, I did not remain in the yard to observe the limbs they were trimming and removing . ABOVE AND BEYOND Arborscape Tree Care gave me the best quote for removing our huge English Walnut tree that, unfortunately, began rotting at the base. They came out with their bucket lift and had it down in no time. The man working in the lift had the skills of a surgeon, making precise cuts so the limbs would be hoisted down where he wanted them. I had a precious old friend, an 80 year old rhododendron that I've lived with for 25 years, now, "Old Pink", that got an invasive fungus and I thought surely she was a lost cause.
