Way over priced for the quality, the staff has not been bad however, the apartments are less than what I expected. The sink came with rust, the cabinets are very worn, the landscaping is a joke and annual carpet cleaning is a bigger joke ( has to be done with water and NO soap) The back bathroom has no ventilation which causes the tile to fall and lord only knows how many times they have come beating on the door saying we are dripping water down stairs and have yet to do much to fix it. Find something different.. They've been "under construction since February 2015, office people are really rude to residents & do nothing when residents file complaints about other residents. Apartments are spacious but aren't worth the ever rising rent..
Have always been treated great by the staff, and the place is clean parking lot, courtyards and the pools. The staff here throw partys out by the pool and supply all the food and drinks. Its very laid back. And the best restaurant in the state is right down the road not even 100 yards. Woody's Steak House.
Quick Reivew: atleast 2 ownerships through my residency there - both questionable 2008: - Gun Fight in parking lots 2007: - multiple times - pet snakes found swimming in the pools - multiple times - pet dogs swimming in pools - multiple times - kids found to be smoking drugs in courtyards - terrible communication between apartment complex and tenants - spaced out employees - vehicle plates were stolen off my vehicle over night This is no place to live, never had so many problems with An apartment complex - felt scared going ... read more
The Apartments are great for the price and the community is for the most part quiet and clean. The only real complaint I have is the few times we have called the office for anything they have always seemed annoyed for being bothered. Even making a maintenance request seems to bother them. For over $900.00 dollars a month in rent they can take the attitude and put it in check.I understand they deal with so many people a day and can get tired of it but, if customer service isn't your area of expertise then change jobs.
