Very poorly managed, incompetent people that lie to you through their smiling teeth in face to face transactions. They tell you the application fee is refundable $160+50 to your face and go on the computer and pretend to contact Red Dot, then tell you it is cancelled, you will receive your refund in 30 days by mail. Well, it never shows, then you call the same girl, remind her of the conversation, she agrees but says we cannot process the refund. DO NOT move here. They will tell you units are available, have you apply even sign a lease. Then they will call and tell you the unit is not available without offering comparable solutions. Currently waiting on a refund but of course they don’t call when they say they will. Whole process was a waste of time.

Hello from a new tenant. I give so far 2 review for now which doesn't include the great lady/ efforts/ helpfulness/professionalism that she has been there for me during the entire process of moving in. I'm quoted around $850.00/month for rent which vame with laundry area and extra storage in the patio area. When its time to move forward system quoted me another unit the same size as the previous one just mentioned above but no laundry area/ no extra storage in the patio area. The rent for that one.
