Very poorly managed, incompetent people that lie to you through their smiling teeth in face to face transactions. They tell you the application fee is refundable $160+50 to your face and go on the computer and pretend to contact Red Dot, then tell you it is cancelled, you will receive your refund in 30 days by mail. Well, it never shows, then you call the same girl, remind her of the conversation, she agrees but says we cannot process the refund.
