Not happy at all. I just wanna say first the apartment itself was beautiful. High vaulted ceilings enough space. Very clean. Community was very nice. My issue is the fees and not getting what you’re paying for. I had on multiple occasions maintenance not showing for emergencies when called. I don’t blame them at all. If you want to pay close to $200 more than your advertised rent every month while dealing with rude employees, poor communication, and constant issues, this is the place for you. My experience with management has been extremely frustrating. Sarah, the property manager, is incredibly difficult to contact and rarely seems to be on the property. I couldn't be more satisfied. Im not going to say that the staff should wait on me hand and foot, and I wouldn't ever ask that. However, for even the situations when I expect to do things like change my own batteries in my home's thermostat, they've notified me that they're low on battery, and personally walked up here to install batteries in it themselves free of charge.
