Just toured here with Karen - so professional and was very attentive. She is amazing!
I just moved in here a few weeks ago, and so far so good, i see a lot of bad reviews about maintenance and the management not being active or answering, but personally that’s not the case. Since i moved in i’ve had a few issues with my toilet and my light going out in the kitchen, and not even a full day goes by and they are here and fixing it! Macitence seems to be very active and helpful. I enjoy it here for being my first time apartment.
I’ve lived here more than a year. I haven’t had any problems with maintenance. On the other hand, Karen, the property manager seems to not care about the community and is flat out rude and lazy.
Wow! Im glad I read these reviews before I chose to tour and lease here. Im moving to this area in July to be closer to my job and this is a nice neighborhood location. I wanted to be close to the Generations Park. I've toured 2 apartment complexes near there so far and neither feel right. I was planning on touring this one. Sorry for the low rating but there are too many red flags here!
My experience with my move in was very pleasant. Natalie first assisted me with property information and Karen was helpful in assisting me to complete the process. I felt that I was well informed on what to expect for charges and services. I am happy with the cleanliness of the property and the timeliness of the staff.
