I couldn't be more satisfied. Im not going to say that the staff should wait on me hand and foot, and I wouldn't ever ask that. However, for even the situations when I expect to do things like change my own batteries in my home's thermostat, they've notified me that they're low on battery, and personally walked up here to install batteries in it themselves free of charge. living here has been stressful and unenjoyable because If you drive an older car YOU WILL GET TOWED and have to pay hundreds each time by the parking management bullies. I have begged management countless times to allow me to park my car in my designated parking spot I PAY FOR but have been told I cannot because my car registration sticker is out due to a check engine light that I have spent 1400 trying to fix that prevents me from passing state vehicle inspection although it doesn’t at all affect how my car drives. manageme... read more
My A/C has been broken over a week now with temperatures reaching 94F inside! Communication is terrible if u leave a message or email, it will not be returned. You have to physically go to the office, if they’re even there, and demand answers. I was told my new AC (bc the original has failed countless times now) would be estimated 3-4 days…we are now on the 9th day and even more concerning, an HVAC guy showed up with no warning to take measurements??? What a wonderful touring experience with Heather. From the time I walked in she made me feel comfortable and that I was at home. The conversation along the tour was very informative and fun. Before I even left she was sending me emails about the properties I was interested in. The apartments I toured were well maintained and ready for move in. I decided on another location but, that tour, and interaction was everything. That’s how you make someone feel this is the home, and community for you from start
The tour was really nice and the apartment i seen was updated and outside was clean and my tour guide wad fantastic and had good conversations and life tips
