We lived at The Arbors for a year and the entire time living there was a nightmare. First, the apartments are infested with mice. When we moved in they didn't tell us there was a problem with mice, we had to find out on our own by losing a ton of food because they would puncture boxes, bags, containers... and we would have to throw the product away. I really enjoyed my apartment for the 11/2 years that I lived there, I dealt with Rhea the whole time, Rhea was a wonderful woman. When I finally decided to move out I had a burn on the counter top in the kitchen that I knew that I had to replace so I told myself that I would just let them keep the deposit, (i thought). Well in the end I started talking to Paula (never heard of her until I moved). Upon getting a letter in the mail stating that I owed 910.50, balance due 610.50 after they took my deposit. Julz is the best I absolutely love her, she got my unit all cleaned & ready sooner than expected! She’s so so sweet, I can’t wait to be apart of the arbors tomorrow!! If this is your first time getting your own place & or just looking around to move I rate the office & property 1000/10 !
I can’t say enough great things about Julz, the staff and the maintenance here at The Arbors of Yankee Vineyards. I’ve been a resident for a few months now and absolutely LOVE it! The apartment is amazing and the workers here truly care about you. With the very minor maintenance orders I’ve had, they have been completed in just a few hours! I cannot recommend this place enough! Update 1/4/24: I moved in October 2022 and have already renewed my lease another year!
