Having a good time … the service is prompt… the views and people are awesome… hoping to have more equipments or bigger gym experience… recommended best place to live
I've lived here for eight years. It's a great location, the community is maintained, the scenery is beautiful. The office staff has always been wonderful and any maintenence issues have been resolved quickly. I would definitely recommend living here.
We lived at The Arbors for a year and the entire time living there was a nightmare. First, the apartments are infested with mice. When we moved in they didn't tell us there was a problem with mice, we had to find out on our own by losing a ton of food because they would puncture boxes, bags, containers... and we would have to throw the product away. We lived on the 2nd floor so I was confused as to how the downstairs neighbors didn't have mice. They probably didn't care because they were high all the time. Which brings me to... read more
I really enjoyed my apartment for the 11/2 years that I lived there, I dealt with Rhea the whole time, Rhea was a wonderful woman. When I finally decided to move out I had a burn on the counter top in the kitchen that I knew that I had to replace so I told myself that I would just let them keep the deposit, (i thought). Well in the end I started talking to Paula (never heard of her until I moved). Upon getting a letter in the mail stating that I owed 910.50, balance due 610.50 after they took my deposit.
