I really enjoyed my apartment for the 11/2 years that I lived there, I dealt with Rhea the whole time, Rhea was a wonderful woman. When I finally decided to move out I had a burn on the counter top in the kitchen that I knew that I had to replace so I told myself that I would just let them keep the deposit, (i thought). Julz is the best I absolutely love her, she got my unit all cleaned & ready sooner than expected! She’s so so sweet, I can’t wait to be apart of the arbors tomorrow!! If this is your first time getting your own place & or just looking around to move I rate the office & property 1000/10 !
I can’t say enough great things about Julz, the staff and the maintenance here at The Arbors of Yankee Vineyards. I’ve been a resident for a few months now and absolutely LOVE it! The apartment is amazing and the workers here truly care about you. With the very minor maintenance orders I’ve had, they have been completed in just a few hours! I cannot recommend this place enough! Update 1/4/24: I moved in October 2022 and have already renewed my lease another year! Simms Management is sooo fortunate and blessed to have Julz Sikes as property manager. She is beyond Ahmazing!!! Julz is very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, courteous, kind, friendly & just beyond wonderful! Simms should do everything in its power (including bonuses and a raise) to retain her because she makes moving a seamless process & we need more like her in this world:)
