I can’t say enough great things about Julz, the staff and the maintenance here at The Arbors of Yankee Vineyards. I’ve been a resident for a few months now and absolutely LOVE it! The apartment is amazing and the workers here truly care about you. With the very minor maintenance orders I’ve had, they have been completed in just a few hours! Simms Management is sooo fortunate and blessed to have Julz Sikes as property manager. She is beyond Ahmazing!!! Julz is very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, courteous, kind, friendly & just beyond wonderful! Simms should do everything in its power (including bonuses and a raise) to retain her because she makes moving a seamless process & we need more like her in this world:)
Met with Julz today and did a tour. The facilities were very clean and well kept. Julz was also very professional and helpful with questions. All around she did a great job and this apartment complex would be a wonderful place to live!!
