I like Arbor pleasant Valley, it is a nice place to stay in and I enjoy living here.
We have lived here for several years . We currently have a new Property Manager & Assistant Manager. They are working to get the property back into shape ! We have some areas that need to be repaired . The grounds & landscaping are always maintained. The maintenance crew is short-handed , but they are working with timeliness, professionalism, and proficiency to take care of the residents .
