Apartment was not cleaned properly and given to new tenants. Carpenter, fridge and cabinets has all the dirts left by the previous tenants. Had worst experience in moving in.
There is more garbage on the grounds, waste in the mail room area has tons of trash all the time. People parking in handicap zones and in wheelchairs accessible ramps. Kids are always out playing in parking lots where cars are coming and going. I referred a someone to the Arbors and have yet to receive the fee. Overall unhappy.
I have been a resident at Arbors of Pleasant Valley for 3 years. Since my time here my experience has been great. The admin staff is accommodating. If I put in a maintenance request the longest it will take is a week ( non emergency) and that's only if something has to be ordered if it doesn't need to ordered it takes between 24 and 48 hours. This place The Arbors of Pleasant Valley IS THE PLACE TO BE!!! I Love living here and Truly want to Live the Rest of my life here!! Ms Courtney our Property Manager is a gem!! She does..... not just tries She DOES anything and everything to not only smoothly run these apartments She truly cares and listens and goes above and beyond to help us residents.
