My experience of this apartment community is solely based on my stepson living there and his experience since the community was purchased earlier this year. The management company seems to not have capable competent maintenance personnel to handle emergency situations like a bad waterheater after 8 days with no hot water, several days of no communication from them during this time, and a holiday included how to they deserve even a 1 rating .

Very quiet at this apartment complex, clean, and well kept property. There is no onsite leasing office, it’s located in Fairfield, but that’s never been an issue for me. They’re prompt and quick to respond to maintenance issues and any questions via email or phone. Neighbors are quiet, tucked away in a decent part of colerain. No complaints.

Hi my name is Rob I’ve been staying here at Arbors of North Gate for approximately 4yrs and I might add it’s been the Best apartments complex I’ve ever lived in they are really swift with maintenance calls the staff is really nice and they care a lot about the safety of the residents that live here also Arbors of northgate is a great place to raise kids colerain has a really great school district and a ton of nice store surrounding us here I couldn’t ask for a better situation.
