I highly recommend The Arbors at 1575 Yauger Road in Mount Vernon, Ohio. This community truly feels warm, welcoming, and well cared for. One of the things that stands out most is the excellent management. Kristin is an incredibly understanding, caring, and helpful manager who genuinely goes above and beyond for the residents. I have lived here for 5 years and love it! The New Manager is Wonderful and Tony my maintenance man is so laid back and super nice too.I do wish they would put signs up so the Police or Ambulance etc. would know we have apartments on the back of us. I live in the front facing the road and when you see an ambulance circling cause they can't find the apt. number it's not good. I usually run out to help guide. Nice place, great location, quiet, but management and maintenance need work. I move in May of 2020 (out 2 years later in 2022) and because of the pandemic there were zero maintenance services during that entire time. I would contact management every time, but always ended having to do my own repairs. At one point a storm damaged my shutter and fence and had to argue with the then apt. manager to get it fixed.
