Nice place, great location, quiet, but management and maintenance need work. I move in May of 2020 (out 2 years later in 2022) and because of the pandemic there were zero maintenance services during that entire time. I would contact management every time, but always ended having to do my own repairs. At one point a storm damaged my shutter and fence and had to argue with the then apt. manager to get it fixed. Nice and quite. Very good rental place. Very good manager and good management. Great good side of town.
Responsive Management, clean spacious apartments with a garage, and quiet almost country suburb living. Would enjoy having some updated appliances, but overall a solid place to live.
