Avoid Arbors of Dublin like the plague. The office staff is rude and unhelpful. They never have the leaves raked up. The sidewalks are solid ice in the winter until it gets too warm and melts off. There might be 2 maintenance people for 14 buildings of apartments. There is always trash sitting outside the designated trash area. I've been waiting 5 1/2 weeks for my air conditioning to get fixed. And I submitted a work order over a week ago after calling 5 weeks prior.
