Speaking as a parent… Nothing in this world is PERFECT but leasing agent Christian has been REALLY patient and kind, and finally picking up keys and cute welcome basket - and moving in - have been very pleasant. Maybe it’s too early in the game, but I’m NOT seeing roaches🪳(or any other creature ); maybe that’s a factor of bad housekeeping by residents or being on the first floor 🤷♀️…I meticulously photographed any marks or chips but there’s not that much! Transitioning from a freshman dorm to a sophomore apartment, I was nervous about the process but the team made everything smooth and stress-free. Move-in day was well-organized, and everything went according to plan. A great start to the year!
