Absolute terrible place to live. Rich infested and flea infested , dirty cabinets terrible floors. They will show you the model which looks nice but none of the other apartments look like that’s. OVERPRICED for what you get. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. DO NOT MOVE HERE
The maintenance team at The Arbors of Denton has been great, especially Isaac. He fixed both our dryer and dishwasher quickly and did an excellent job. He was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. We really appreciate his help and the prompt maintenance service!
Note: Teddy and Ana were very helpful, in the end, about a broken lease going into summer 2026. Speaking as a parent in summer 2025… Nothing in the world is PERFECT but leasing agent Christian has been REALLY patient and kind, and finally picking up keys and cute welcome basket - and moving in - have been very pleasant. Maybe it’s too early in the game, but I’m NOT seeing roaches🪳(or any other creature 🐜); maybe that’s a factor of bad housekeeping by residents or being on the first floor 🤷🏻♀️…I meticulously photographed... read more
Gave these people money for a year and a half. I’ve never lived in a more disgusting apartment. Upon move in, my downstairs neighbor warned me of a severe bug problem. The staff in the office are extremely rude. Have had multiple of them in my personal business gossiping as if they are not supposed to be a professional establishment. The owner Monica is entitled and just yelled at me for trying to clean the unit an hour after closing DESPITE HER LEASING STAFF TELLING ME IT WAS OKAY TO DO SO. Live literally anywhere else.
