Great apartment complex compared to the many others in Denton. I’ve had very little issues living here and the issues I have had have been swiftly taken care of. Special thanks to Teddy for helping me with my lease.
I wish I could give them "ZERO" stars!!! I lived at the Arbors of Denton from January 2023 to December 31, 2024, and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. Despite staying here for two years, the management charged us for several things, such as Pest control, Blinds, Paints, Carpet cleaning, Housekeeping etc. all of which felt completely unfair considering the conditions we endured during our stay. Don't ever call and expect to talk to a human. Edit: I did leave a voicemail for a call back, it's a week later, no call back.
Loved seeing this place when touring. Teddy Alvarado is an absolute angel and was extremely helpful! Genuinely he deserves a raise or something because me and my friends have never had such a kind and amazing person help with explaining everything in a clear way with a great attitude.
