You’ll have to find your own carpet cleaners when you move out. Strenuous move out fees, for some reason our last month rent is about $200 more than we have been paying the last 2 years we have been living here, for both me and my roommate. My daughter has enjoyed staying at Arbors, they helped us through the leasing process two years ago and now that we are moving out- our experience continues to be exceptional. Thank you Arbors of Denton for being so supportive during the last two years as our favorite neighbor!
Great staff!!! Great amenities and amazing maintenance staff…these reviews do not do Arbors justice. The lease has always been very clear on what the expectations are when you move in and move out. I have not experienced any issues. I give this place a 1000/10
Arbors does not disappoint, they are renovating their pool area, clubhouse and fitness center. As a pet owner, I enjoy their large dog park the most. They host resident events all the time and provide give aways every now and then. Overall, I would really recommend it here.
