Ok apt as I was driving around I drove to the back And seen tons of loud people hanging out the were acting very getto drinking and i smelt weed ..I moved to Bastrop to get away from loud people like this just hanging outside.. After I left I ask around and I was told that Managment is worried about the wrong things she seem to get the small proublems solved but Dont care about the tenent ..I was told the manegers husband is very rude and walks around the apt like hes the boss.She act like people are scared to get kicked out... read more

My thoughts regarding Louis and demographics. I agree, it is sad that the leasing agent didnt know the term. Knowing your propertys demographics is vital in every aspect of property managememnt. However, your written review come across a little "hollyer than thou" and if you took that position with leasing agent then that would explain her being a little defensive.
