1 is too high of a score for them. Watch your receipts, lease. Take pictures and video of EVERYTHING. BUYER BEWARE. Would rather live in a tent. They will mark up items charged against you at move out reducing your deposit by a value much greater then the costs required to resolve the issues. It was also evident that they charged us for cleaning that was already completed. Vivian has terrible communication around move out. She didn't need to change me 100$ for a 50$ garage door opener. I am still waiting for you text me back Vivian.

Worst rental agent ever. Vivian is the rudest property manager ever. She talks nasty to tenants. Like your a nobody. Acts like she doesn't gets messages left on her voice mail always. Won't handle problems of any kind or says she forgot. They need to get a new agent that wants to do her job and quit making excuses all the time. She handles properties for north Pittsburgh area. DO NOT RENT FROM ARBORS MANAGEMENT!

I have rented from Arbors Management for years before moving out of state and buying. Rather surprised people had trouble with repairs being taken care of (and not surprised). It always depended on who took my call. Vivian Lavery was my agent. Took days to get a call back and then she would talk rather loudly (almost screaming) at simple repair request, like it was my fault the sink trap was leaking.
