I have been staying here for Almost 3 years and I actually like staying here ms Ashley is wonderful but i have been trying to get things fix but it never happens the Ac unit has not been working for almost a year its frozen .they put in a window unit like a year ago and its barley working it turns on and off all the time some days it doesn't eben turn on .My kids can not use their bathroom because when they turn on the shower water comes from under the floor tiles and gets all over the floor . Been dealing with 100s of termites everywhere in my apartment (this is not an exaggeration) since the beginning of may I have called the apartment staff they sent a pest control person out to literally do nothing. Than I called again this week was told by staff “nothing they can do” “it’s mating season” literally so unprofessional I have never lived somewhere with this issue and i’ve lived in the south for years. I will adjust this review when the issue is fixed. We have been here for a few years now and overall we are happy here i want to give it a 5 but right now cannot. However the general upkeep is slacking on the outside. They use to keep the grounds and buildings clean. Now there is mold growing on the exterior of every building and it is honestly embarrassing to have people visit. The breezways are absolutely disgusting. Staff is rude and starting to suspect racism. Even Google is ratting y'all out. 1/5 stars Will change my mind when it gets better.
