I will adjust this review when the issue is fixed. We have been here for a few years now and overall we are happy here i want to give it a 5 but right now cannot. However the general upkeep is slacking on the outside. They use to keep the grounds and buildings clean. Now there is mold growing on the exterior of every building and it is honestly embarrassing to have people visit. The breezways are absolutely disgusting. Staff is rude and starting to suspect racism. Even Google is ratting y'all out. 1/5 stars Will change my mind when it gets better.
The ladies who work in the office Amanda and Ashley, are absolutely amazing. I have really bad problems with my anxiety and they’ve made my entire experience staying at arbors something im greatly going to miss. I’ve recommended here to all of my friends an 2 of them actually ended up moving in and they love it also. One of my friends has a son who’s disabled with digestive complications, the staff made the moving process so smooth for him it made me really happy i was able to bring him to them. This is my second time coming back here and easily this place and management have always been good too me and my family. Also I just want too point out the fact that Mrs. Cooper does not describe us as "tenants" She told me that we are her second family and that its important for her and her staff too ensure us with safe and good place that we call home. Not too mention I saw her out cleaning our pool over the weekend when she can be at her own home or having someone else do it. These guys go above and beyond for there jobs ... read more
We live in the apartments next to the Arbor apartments. It's an issue to see tenants from Arbor dumping their garbage into our waste bin because they can walk thru an opening in the fence so it's closer. Often leave trash in the grass or outside the dumpster. Arbor also uses our swimming pool
