Been dealing with 100s of termites everywhere in my apartment (this is not an exaggeration) since the beginning of may I have called the apartment staff they sent a pest control person out to literally do nothing. Than I called again this week was told by staff “nothing they can do” “it’s mating season” literally so unprofessional I have never lived somewhere with this issue and i’ve lived in the south for years. I will adjust this review when the issue is fixed. We have been here for a few years now and overall we are happy here i want to give it a 5 but right now cannot. However the general upkeep is slacking on the outside. They use to keep the grounds and buildings clean. Now there is mold growing on the exterior of every building and it is honestly embarrassing to have people visit. The breezways are absolutely disgusting. The ladies who work in the office Amanda and Ashley, are absolutely amazing. I have really bad problems with my anxiety and they’ve made my entire experience staying at arbors something im greatly going to miss. I’ve recommended here to all of my friends an 2 of them actually ended up moving in and they love it also. One of my friends has a son who’s disabled with digestive complications, the staff made the moving process so smooth for him it made me really happy i was able to bring him to them.
