i came into my home with a lot of problems they also have roaches and don’t spray you pay pest control fee for no reason i’ve been here a month and not happy my walls are falling apart from bad maintenance it’s just a lot i would thoroughly look and observe when doing walk throughs it may seem like everything is nice and cool but once you move in you start to see all the problems unfold refrigerator going out i’m having to throw all my groceries away and i know their not going to replace them everyday it’s something

Move out process was chaotic and now they are charging erroneous late fees. No one bothered processing my 60 day notice or to tell me last month’s rent must be a cashier’s check. Thankfully the bank was open for a few hours that Saturday so I could pay my rent on time. Now, I receive my move out statement and guess what I see? Not one but two late fees.
