the only problems were the hot water kept going out, the drought of 2011 caused settling and cracks developed in the walls. it was rather clean and was well kept. but they priced a lot of us out of there. charging houston prices in pasadena is not a good idea, if you want to keep people who behave, don't steal or vandalize and don't have the cops called on them all the time.

I've been here 5 months and have had 1 car burglarized, 1 car stolen, 1 car vandalized. The hot water keeps getting shut off. Every since I moved in here, I've been getting eaten up by something. Couldn't figure out if it was fleas or what, until I finally found out there are bed bugs in my apartment. After that I found out there is a history of them here. Never seen one in my life until now. I have been liveing here for a year and I just recently renewed my lease for another year. I have 2 children who love it here they like to play at the park and swim in the pool. Which I also enjoy because they are both gated in and safe. Not to mention they are both always so clean as well as the rest of the property. My favorite part about liveing here is the awesome parties they throw for the residents.
