I stayed here a couple of years ago. The apartments were okay but the water was out for long period of time almost every month. The reason was because they always had plumbing issues and digging in the grounds. Once I moved out they came up with bogus charges and didn’t give back any of the deposits. If you like waking up and not being able to shower perfect place. They will find something for you to not get your deposit back.
I’ve been a resident for only a few months but the office and maintenance staff are great, they are always very friendly when I had questions and the maintenance staff is always jolly on the spot when I have issues
I moved in the Arbors apartments in April of 2021, and let me say it's has been amazing, this was the best decision I could have made. Katie and Susan are so sweet they made my move here easy breezy. I could write a book about them, any problems I have/had they fix them. The maintenance guys here are wonderful they get the job done. It's peaceful and quiet out here just the way I like it.
After only just a year of living here, I can whole-heartedly say that the staff working here are some of the most helpful and genuine people I have ever encountered in my years of renting. Both Katie and Susan in the front office are so personable and willing to help you with anything that you might need on-property, and it just makes the experience of living here feel more at home.
