She also made sure my keys and fob were working so I could get access to the gym and all the wonderful amenities provided here. They were charging me over $1,000 a month and decided to raise my rent to renew. There is no central AC. The only AC is in the living room where you do not sleep. Then the heating will cost you over $200 a month in the winter since it is insanely inefficient base board heating. I wouldn’t pay more than $600 a month to live here. Additionally, there is no vent for the stove. The stove is located away from the vent underneath the microwave. So good luck venting cooking odors.
