They were charging me over $1,000 a month and decided to raise my rent to renew. There is no central AC. The only AC is in the living room where you do not sleep. Then the heating will cost you over $200 a month in the winter since it is insanely inefficient base board heating. I wouldn’t pay more than $600 a month to live here. Put a request in to fix my Dishwasher and was contacted the same day for the repair. Maintenance knocked before entry and was very respectful. The issue was solved in a timely manner at no inconvenience to me. So far it’s been a chill 2 weeks since move in.
