Whoa what a horrible, rude, angry and unacceptably mean staff. Went to view this property and was treated like I was an inconvenience, a bother and a piece of garbage. Before we sat down, they interrogated us like we were criminals, told us off, basically for even being there. What a terrible experience. I would never live in a place that treats people like this.
I went with a friend to tour this place. The staff was VERY RUDE to me and my friend. They seemed to hate their jobs and us. I was shocked. The property itself looks messy and unkempt and is far away from any stores or shops. I cannot believe the way the staff treats potential residents!
I wish you didn't have to give at least one star. I wish I could give negative stars. The heat stopped working in winter and the clothes washer broke down. They switched maintenance guys (apparently he went crazy), so I had to wait for those to be fixed. Now my A/C is broken, my dishwasher doesn't work and there are wasps everywhere and I spoke to the new maintenance guy who laughed and tried to make conversation with me and told me how he's soooo busy and has so much to do and wanted to pet my dog but did not even talk abou... read more
From the broken down hot tub with exposed wires right next to the swimming pool to the cracked tennis courts and chain smoking maintenance crew, this place is looking more like the slums every day. At the rate they charge for rent you would think they would take some care of the property but it appears to be more neglected every time I visit my elderly aunt here. Do not recommend.
