The staff is very respectful and they help us when we need help with the application and the staff is nice to stay at the office while we finish our application when the office closed at 6:00 p.m.
Bait and swiiiiitch. I've been a good tenant for years. When they asked if I could come up with something pesticide free to help take care of the garden, I helped. I brought them treats -maintennace and office) several times in the nearly four years I've lived here. Just baked goods, little sweet things. No reason, just thought they might enjoy them. They came to fix it next day, only "issue" was we weren't notified when they were coming to fix it. They just showed up. I got no email or call which is unusual. Going forward being notified would be great. Thanks so much.
