I would like to personally use this review to commend the Community Manager, Tonia Watkins, for all the incredible work and passion she puts into not just the property of Arbors River Oaks, but each and every single individual who crosses paths with her. I want to express my gratitude and appreciation to Ms. Kierra Tate. She helped me patiently and showed a great amount of empathy to me an I was able to not only feel comfortable in my new residence; but feel reassured that I am residing under caring management. I am excited to be welcomed in 🫶🏾
The community offers a serene living environment with beautifully maintained grounds. Residents often praise the friendly and helpful staff who are always available to assist. The amenities provided contribute significantly to a comfortable and enjoyable lifestyle. Many find the location to be very convenient for accessing local attractions and necessities. Overall, it appears to be a highly regarded place to call home.
AC was broken and my house temperature went up to 80 degrees in February. The leasing office and maintenance team worked professionally and solved the issue promptly. Awesome people and awesome service.
Property Management is incredible! Everyone is compassionate, kind, and communicative. I could not recommend more!
