Living at Arbors is completely delightful and peaceful. The property staff is the best, and most professional, of any I’ve encountered in my nine years of renting in the City of Memphis.
I’ve had such a great experience living at Arbors, and a huge part of that is because of Jazymn and Tonia in the leasing office. They’re not only approachable and kind, but also incredibly solution-oriented. When my AC started acting up during a heatwave, they got maintenance on it the same day and followed up personally to make sure I was good. That level of care is rare and so hard to come by. I’ve moved around a lot, but Arbors River Oaks has been one of the best places I’ve lived. The staff makes a huge difference. They’re always super kind, responsive, and genuinely care. Don't think my experience would be what it was if not for those in the leasing office. My apartment was spotless when I moved in, and the grounds are always clean. It really feels like a hidden gem in Memphis. I’d renew my lease in a heartbeat.
