Location is nice next to trails. Apartment was not clean upon entry and had to be re cleaned. Only 1 maintenance person for whole facility. Sewer line collapsed nearby and all sewage is flowing into a man hole in parking lot. Many apartments (mine, all my neighbors) smell like straight sewage on the inside. Do not accept seeing the apartment that is kept pristine for showing new persons; ask to see the actual apartment that you are going to rent. Do not move in here.
One of the biggest reasons I recommend Arbors River Oaks? The exceptional management. Tonia and her team handles everything with care and consistency. It’s nice to know we’re in good hands here.
Arbors River Oaks has been a great place to live! It’s quiet, clean, and well-managed. Tonia is an excellent property manager, Jasmine made move-in easy, and Vernard & M always handle maintenance quickly and professionally. The whole team truly cares — highly recommend!
