Arbors Rivers oaks apartment tour today went exceptional!!! Taylor was the leasing agent /tour guide — she was professional, knowledgeable, and BEYOND WONDERFUL AS A PERSON!!!! Her friendly demeanor was her true personality—she is genuinely a very good person! The property showed very well ! Good amenities and very reasonable price! Highly recommend! Arbors is fortunate to have Taylor !!
I just met and viewed an apartment with Taylor and she was so nice! She was very knowledgeable about the community and let know about all the available options they have.
I lived at arbor river oaks for around 4 years, and I have to say it was a very mixed bag. I will post a longer description of my experience below, however, in short, during the last two years, things went downhill steadily and we experienced unresolved water damage, a faulty air conditioning unit, pest problems, extremely rude and roudy neighbors, and an apartment staff that seemed more interested in covering up issues than fixing them. I would like to personally use this review to commend the Community Manager, Tonia Watkins, for all the incredible work and passion she puts into not just the property of Arbors River Oaks, but each and every single individual who crosses paths with her.
