I shopped nearly a dozen condo cmplexes in this zip code (80919), and this one has the best kept grounds and external unit upkeep. I purchased a currently remodeled 2 bedroom 1st floor unit with a garage, and am very satisfied.

Well maintained and beautiful property. Right across the street from Ute Valley Park! Bike, hike and walk the trails! You'll love it here!
