They charge 100 in late fees, they don't take money orders... No grace period, they are trash.... Never tell the residents when things change. Very unprofessional and I not recommended anybody to live here... They are just money hungry

The most UNORGANIZED place ever! Was supposed to be moving in next week, I call to let them know I was coming in to get paperwork for utilities, all of a sudden “I’m on a waitlist “ and they gave the apartment away to somebody else! A new person, Stephanie, says the other staff I’ve been talking to no longer works there, and now I’m number #7 on a waiting list! Super ridiculous and dumb!
