Do not move here it will be a mistake, I currently live here. Maintenance request go unanswered for weeks sometimes months , trash all over the place around complex , rodent problems they refuse to address. Thank god my lease is up before too much longer it’s been a literal nightmare the entire time I’ve lived here . I’ve probably put 30 maintenance requests in the 7-8 months I’ve lived here . STAY AWAY
My daughter went to rent from them and she said she did not want to live with bugs so if they have roaches tell her before she rents. They promised up and down no they don’t. Then they promised her one place and yanked her around to several others. They lie and management is subpar! They are infested in roaches, the grounds are littered with trash, we had to clean construction off every counter and wall. Any close to pool
The corridors are disgusting, they never clean them, they have 3 swimming pools they only open one and then close it, they are insecure there are no doors the entrance, there is no security, the establishments are very bad, the administration is slow and super bad in customer service, it is not worth paying so that there is no pool that is not seen in any other complex
I didn’t move here cause I closed at another complex but their response time to all of my questions was amazing. I was going to move here but a different location worked better for me. I drove out there at night on Friday and Saturday and it was quiet. The place didn’t look bad at all. I personally didn’t care about the pool cause it’s really not a requirement.
