As a long time Tennant here they seem to always take away and never offer anything in return. They are now overcharging us for water. As a single man who doesn't use alot of water i believe this to be highly unethical. The also remove things without notice and the car wash areas are unusable. They don't provide enough flow or pressure to clean anything. There use to be an option to use your own hose and now all those are removed, replaced with pitiful inadequate wands. Don't move here. You will be severely disappointed.

This apartment has been my nightmare! I moved in a few months ago into a roach infested apartment. Pest control has allegedly treated both my apartment and the building and I still see roaches. This has impacted my mental health and my being able to sleep. I have no use of my kitchen and eat elsewhere, I spend the night at my mom's house regularly.
