Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. They moved us into the wrong apartment and did not even try to accommodate us with the issues that were throughout the apartment they put us in. They take their time on fixing issues in your apartment.
Very noisy at all hours with the other residents coming and going. Also the security guards car has an insanely bright strobe light that will shine through blinds even if closed. I also had multiple maintenance issues from a failing fridge, water leak in a bathroom that leaked into the downstairs neighbors apartment and an ac drain leak that caused mold. I will not be renewing my lease.
My fiance and I called the answering service before even going over there. The lady on the answering service told us that they were there until 6pm and to just do a walk in. We got there before 5pm, both ladies were sitting at their desk, they appeared busy with other people, so we had a seat. The more we watched them, neither of them were actually even speaking to the people sat at their desks. Stay far far away from this place. Leasing here has been one Of the most stressful decisions I have ever made. You never can reach anyone at the leasing office by phone or email. The only way you can communicate with anyone in the leasing office is if you go directly to the office and that is, if they don’t have the door locked in the middle of the day. When I first moved in the front office, staff was amazing ever since that day I’ve received nothing but horrible service and absolutely no help when you need anybody. And I hate to even post this because I’m not one to complain but at the price I’m paying to live here. The service is absolutely horrible.
