Truly disappointing what this place has done. I lived at Arbors at Brookfield for a year and had to move out after a violent incident involving firearms between neighbors. I have a child with special needs and could not risk our safety. Nora, who worked in the office at the time, approved my early move-out and even spoke to the management at my new complex to confirm everything was fine. I’m in love with this property! I’m new to the area and after looking at multiple apartment complex’s I wasn’t happy with I came across this one and talked with Chris and instantly knew I wanted an apartment here. Chris was very professional and answered every question I had. I highly recommend getting an apartment here!!

I’ve lived here since October ‘24 and overall it’s been a good experience. Neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. The office staff has always been nice and helpful to me. The maintenance staff as well is always very nice. I did have some fixes that took more than a month to get completed. But I know they had just hired a completely new team and were going through a transition phrase and getting caught up on everything.
