I used to live in apartment 344. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with the manager who lived downstairs. She was quite rude and lacked basic manners. On one occasion, she informed me that it was quiet time after 8 PM when I had guests over, which I respected and stopped inviting people over for dinner. This is the worst living experience I've never had, and the worst manager and management team. There are constant noise coming from neighbor at midnight, early morning like 3-4 am, at daytime, all you can imagine, even including midnight fight from neighbor. After complaining to the manager, nothing changes, and eventually they just ignore your email. And because of the lease you have to live until the end of the lease term. This is the worst apartment ever!!! Imagine having to inhale ciggarette smoke from your neighbors and you call and the management says there is nothing they can do!! This is very terrible. I regret renting this apartment!!
