The Arbors is a great place to call home. They have the largest apartments in Grinnell , and the least expensive. Living there is a great value for your money !!!! The Arbors is surrounding by peaceful, country living, with wooded areas and Arbors Lake right down the street. It is a wonderful experience living at The Arbors Apartments !!!!! The Arbors is soooo wonderful!! Excellent staff, very diligent to your needs. Management takes a "humanistic" approach to managing instead of just "man-handling" everyone!!It is too bad there are not more communities like this one! The Arbors has great layouts--a lot of space...dishwashers, garbage disposals, washer and dryer hook ups, and CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING!!! Dont ever feel uncomfortable signing up with a 12 months lease, you will re-sign over and over again!!! LOVE THE ARBORS!!!!!
It is soooo AWESOME to live here! – Arbors has really huge apartments!!! They have great staff here too. Whenever you need any help with anything, or anything fixed in your apartment it is AWESOME. They make sure that everything is kept the way that it is supposed too, and you never have to worry about anything! The staff treats you with respect, and gives GREAT customer service!!!!
