This place is horrible I started seeing roaches so I moved out I never got my deposit and they tried to charge me 2 months even after I was paying throughout the whole pandemic and never been late

This place is falling apart. I’ve lived at The Parker for a while and thought things would change when Angelique became manager, but it’s just as bad maybe worse. She even moved her mom into the 3rd building for a while. Her mom had a dog barking nonstop, smoked on the balcony, and was hanging out in the pool restroom smoking pot with her boyfriend. This place used to be a great place. The police are always here! There are people threatening other around the building, people are always fighting, there's loud music playing at all hours, someone was recently stabbed, the laundry machines are constantly broken, and the list goes on..
The staff is super helpful, and the space is very clean! Pool is usually available and very nice, pretty big too.
