Living at the Arbors was a very positive experience . Karen is great at making sure that the residents have what they need and that everything around the complex is in good shape. Maintenance requests are answered very quickly (one time we submitted a request and maintenance was at our door 14 minutes later to fix the issue). Parking is free, as is laundry and wifi, all rare finds in apartment searching these days, and the community is pet friendly. Would highly recommend!
Very nice place
This is the best apartment complex in Davis and I will die in this hill! The apartment managager and staff are always friendly and attentive. They work extremely hard and are invested in our well-being as residents here. Also, they are about to make our laundry room machines free! They are pet friendly, couple friendly, have comprehensive agreements available for students with difficult schedules or limited time staying on a lease. I tell people to move here all the time!
