Very nice place
This is the best apartment complex in Davis and I will die in this hill! The apartment managager and staff are always friendly and attentive. They work extremely hard and are invested in our well-being as residents here. Also, they are about to make our laundry room machines free! They are pet friendly, couple friendly, have comprehensive agreements available for students with difficult schedules or limited time staying on a lease. I tell people to move here all the time! Love it here! Great community and management. Tons of events and amenities (like a dog park, pool, hot tub, and gym). A great place for students and families :)
I've been living at The Arbors for 3 years, and overall, my experience has been very positive. The complex is well-maintained, with clean common areas. The management team is responsive, professional, and always available when you have questions or concerns.
Amazing apartment complex! I’ve been living here since 2023 and it has everything you need to be comfortable, and additionally is so close to downtown Davis so you don’t need a car or to uber anywhere!
