Hired to remove tree and stump in August. Tree came down quick and I was happy with that. The grinder broke down the day they removed the tree. We are now in December and the stump is still here. Accused me of being curt when asked if they could deliver the promised service. Which by the way, they can't. But that didn't stop the owner from wanting paid for the service they couldn't and didn't do. Whatever someone else is charging for these services, pay it!
