Pretty disappointing to deal with. I tried to get an appointment to have trees assessed, but they could only give a 3 hour window, where you have to wait around for the arborist to know his schedule on the morning of. I waited around that morning, then received a call saying it would be a late visit because of "traffic" and they still weren't sure when. When the arborist called to follow up he was hostile. I had a great experience. The money was well spent. Estimator arrived on time, did a thorough walk through, presented a quote with everything in it we discussed. Both young men arrived on time, performed everything in quote, were courteous, informative, knowledgable and polite. I will hire them again and refer them to friends.
I had five trees in desperate need of pruning. ArborPro did a fantastic job from start to finish. Exceeded my expectations. The crew was very friendly and professional and their prices were cometitive. I highly recommend ArborPro for your tree care needs and I will definitely use them again for any future tree care.
During very trying times, this company was quick to respond. All the people we encountered in our process of removing a tree that was leaning on our house threatening to fall into it, from the office staff to the clean up crew, were professional, compasionate, helpful and capable.
