I want to give a shout out to our maintenance guy Carlos for keeping the pool clean and open for my family and the rest of the community to enjoy on these hot days. Best maintenance guy we’ve had in years, he’s managed to keep the pool open for far more days than other maintenance guys did in previous years. The way he responds to our community needs shows he cares about his job and the community.
Wanted to give another maintenance person at Arborpointe Apts (I think his name is Ben) a review. I have seen him in this dang heat and also freezing weather doing groundskeeping including painting, spraying and salting the walkways all around this large complex. He's a busy bee. He is helpful and nice when I approach him. :)Thanks for your groundskeeping work!
