Living here has been nice nothing's never really broken on us too bad and when it does our maintenance comes and helps us out like today in and out with no hassle Carlos goes above and beyond when it comes to our apartments needs if its not done today he sets the day and shows up with everything to get the job done

My name is Richard, I’m a tenant here at Arborpointe. I ran into our new maintenance guy Carlos, and asked him if he could please look at my dishwasher as it kept tipping over, without hesitation he came over and fixed the issue, not only that but also rehung a closet door for my laundry room and fixed entry my closet door. I’m glad to have someone that steps up and gets things done.
Had a awesome experience getting an apartment here. From the start Barb was very attentive and helpful. She is always available when I need to reach out to her. I would highly recommend you check them out.
Love the people here! Nicki our manager is absolutely amazing. Carlos is our new maintenance and he is always so willing to help and so kind. They both make living here so easy and enjoyable
