I'd like to get the owners response on why it's okay to let residents smoke marijuana daily on the property in front of children?
Do not expect to be treated fairly or decently at Arborpointe. I was never given a tour because they were "renovating" the available apartment. Then when they wanted me to sign a lease without seeing it, all kinds of restrictions and conditions kept getting put on. If you have excellent credit and financial records with a good income, it does not matter. No criminal record. Doesn't matter. I just want to give a huge shoutout to our maintenance man, Carlos! Every single time I call with an issue, he’s on top of it immediately. No matter what needs fixing, he shows up quickly, gets the job done right, and is always professional and respectful. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their work the way Carlos does. He makes living here so much easier and stress-free. Our apartment complex is lucky to have him — thank you, Carlos, for always going above and beyond!!!
We’ve lived in these apartments for three years now, and we’ve gone through three different managers. Barb is amazing, and we truly appreciate the hard work and dedication that she has given to this complex to make it more of a home for everybody.
