I LOVE the people who help out with this apartment. Marco and Nikki are simply the best. They always help with my needs and are so personable. It is a comfortable place to live, and I have always been treated well!
Great location! The staff has been very pleasant throughout the application/move-in process and have been there to help at every turn. Was able to secure a decent price and get internet set up fast.
So, they let me look at a 2 bedroom. I was told that you can't rent if you don't make 3 X's the rent (which is insane considering how high rent is now days) i make SLIGHTLY under 3 times the rent, so I tried calling them to see if I could get a cosigner or get a 1 bedroom because then I would be able to rent, but they never returned any of my calls to even give me the common Curtiousy to tell me they couldn't make it work. Arborpointe is an absolute beautiful and super peaceful quiet neighborhood with a very attentive and flexible staff that are very patient and very helpful in various situations. The community itself is very quiet yet open and is almost like being in Silverdale or Everett to a degree. It's so naturous, calm and relaxing with its own gentle sense of serenity. I attempted to rent here. They took my 195 dollar money order to hold the apartment and pay for the credit report. I didn't rent there but they will not refund my 150 minus the 45 dollar credit report.
