Overpriced, awful apartments with horrible management. I would very highly recommend choosing another place to live, because Arborpoint at Station Landing has been a terrible, overly-expensive, and generally unpleasant experience for us. The $500.00 fee for losing your parking tag (not a remote control, just a plastic tag you hang on your windshield) should have been a clue for us from the start that this place was bad news.
