James & Co. have been to our place several times to take down pines, including a dead one in a tricky spot. Always courteous, professional, reasonably priced. And as others have pointed out, he does a great job rehabbing scruffy palm trees. Highly recommended!
Arborist by Nature was recommended by a friend and am sorry it didn't work out. I feel like I was completely taken advantage of by James and his wife Samantha. I was sent an estimate for TRIMMING overgrown holly bushes and azaleas as well as removal of a few limbs. I did not PRE-approve the work nor did I schedule a time for them to do the work...I had planned to get two other estimates as is common practice however, James and his crew arrived at my house less than 48 hours later and began the work.
