I hired Arborist Now to help me assess the health and stability of two large cypress trees in my backyard. Unfortunately, the trees had to be removed for safety reasons. Remy from Arborist Now coordinated with PG&E for the work that needed to be performed around the electrical lines. Arborist Now has been taking care of our trees for years. We had a lemon tree and jade tree growing entwined and they removed the jade tree cleanly and without harming the lemon. And as usual, they got here on time (early!) and finished up cleanly. They are a wonderful organization. They have a lot of respect for the trees and forests in an urban environment.
It was great working with Guilamure and his team. They helped us with the permitting process and removal of our dead oak tree with a very quick turnaround. Guilamure was communicative throughout the entire process, and the team did a great job making sure everything was handled properly and cleaned up thoroughly afterward.
Arborist now trimmed my backyard tree in May 2026. They were responsive and provided excellent service. The prices was reasonable and the showed great care with the tree. I will be calling in two years when our tree needs another trim.
This is the fourth time we have used Arborist Now to take care of the trees in our backyard and we have decided it’s finally time to give our praise in writing. Remy came out promptly to assess what our actual needs for tree care were at this point of the year. He asked for my opinion about how I would like to see the garden develop and gave wise counsel about other things which could wait.
