We hired Arborist Now in August 2025 to trim our cedar tree to avoid falling branches. We could not be more disappointed with their service. Their crew left our garden permanently damaged by dragging branches lazily across our garden planting along with damages to garden lights. Remy, our arborist, was not seen on site to inspect the work by his crew. After bringing this up to Remy, he sent an email to brush us off. We let it be. Hired them to provide Arborist report, delayed site visit and the report. The report was missing vital details of the tree location and once they received full payment, would not help. Not recommended.
I hired Arborist Now to help me assess the health and stability of two large cypress trees in my backyard. Unfortunately, the trees had to be removed for safety reasons. Remy from Arborist Now coordinated with PG&E for the work that needed to be performed around the electrical lines. Arborist Now has been taking care of our trees for years. We had a lemon tree and jade tree growing entwined and they removed the jade tree cleanly and without harming the lemon. And as usual, they got here on time (early!) and finished up cleanly. They are a wonderful organization. They have a lot of respect for the trees and forests in an urban environment.
It was great working with Guilamure and his team. They helped us with the permitting process and removal of our dead oak tree with a very quick turnaround. Guilamure was communicative throughout the entire process, and the team did a great job making sure everything was handled properly and cleaned up thoroughly afterward.
