Had an issue with a Magnolia gem I purchased through treescharlotte. They recommended going to their website to find a tree specialist. Arborguard was the first one I contacted. They sent someone over within 2 days (the next company was going to be another week). Mark Livingston was a tree expert. Not only did he help with my Magnolia (too much sun), but we walked the garden and he gave me a whole lot of advice and tips. Great, friendly and knowledgeable service.
Such friendly professionalism on all levels---from office staff to the consulting arborist, Jay West, to the crew (Alex, Josh, Brandon) who took out the dreaded Bradford pear tree.
