A dump. When you try to speak with someone in the office, they are rude, unprofessional and nasty.
I lived there from 2006-2010. Always a great time when there wasn’t fighting or kids running around. There was 3 rooms and 1 bathroom at the time. I know they’ve recently been renovated. Nice living room and kitchen size. The landlord was a nice lady. We had a lot of good neighbors and friends that also lived there.
Apartment was filthy with horrible floors, carpets, and counters. Lots of stains and damage. Even if you are shown a nice one, they bait and switch with the apartments after you put down our deposit. Then give poor maintenance and have a lease that pushes most of the costs on the renter. You'll have to take them to court to get back your deposit. Horrible experience all around.
