LOVE sums it up!
I absolutely hate having to leave a bad review but this place has gone downhill over the years. I used to enjoy going to what is usually a dreadful experience. My last few appointments and dealings with the staff have left me hurt by their inconsiderate behavior and lack of compassion. First I'm left sitting in the exam room for almost an hour but then I'm running late for the first time in years a charge is forced through on my bank account that has been completely emptied that morning by hackers. I have been with the practice for a year. I am a patient of Ms. Brenda Lieberman. She is very professional and direct. The front desk are professional. They direct you to use the portal for everything. The wait time is typically very long. You will wait to be seen thirty minutes to an hour from your scheduled appointment time. I have fibroids. My only issues is I do not like how the doctor recommended a hysterectomy when really not medically necessary (not uncommon). There are other options for fibroids. I like the office ex... read more
Dr. Freeman is by far the best doctor I have ever experienced! She listens, she’s honest, she asks the important questions, and she always provides an attainable resolve! If you’re looking for someone who cares and goes the extra mile I highly recommend Dr. Freeman!!!!!!
