I started out as a patient with Dr. Cannon and then I found out she was no longer in the practice. It had been a while since I been to the practice and I was looking for a gynecologist who specializes in fibroids. I initially started with my annual check up and labs in October 2024. I met with Dr. Freeman who was overall very pleasant. I left feeling confident that I was finally getting something done with these fibroids that had been causing me pain for so long. The lobby was clean, quiet, and relaxing. The entire process from check-in to check-out was flawless. The staff was friendly and courteous. Dr. Freeman is awesome.
I do not recommend this practice. I've had several experiences where I did not see the doctor I had requested, I waited 40 minutes after my appointment time in the exam room to be seen (and the nurses and doctor were rude and didn't apologize for their delay), the patient portal is NOT user friendly, and decent bedside manner is nonexistent.
