Please read!!!! This is not AI. Jamie is the first face and voice you see/hear. She is very professional, empathetic and goes above and beyond for patient comfort. Even sitting for an HOUR on the phone with an insurance they don’t even take fighting for their patients. Dr. Joubert is very accommodating with years of experience and is very gentle with his work with frequent check-ins during procedures. I was very impressed as a new patient. The facility is warm, inviting, and extremely modern, They used cool technology/tools for my check-up that I haven’t seen in other dental offices, such as a 3D mapping of my mouth/teeth/jaw, and a new cleaning tool that’s gentler on tooth enamel than the typical polishing, and also removes stains better. Dr. J was extremely knowledgeable and explained how the latest research has changed some long-held beliefs about dental care, and what it meant for me.
Dr Fredrick and his staff were the best. This is a place that takes care of their patients and go the extra mile. Our family feels very well taken care of and the service was excellent. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a safe environment with a family feel.
