I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, but this one deserves to be available for everyone to read. I recently decided to change dentist. I was searching and came upon Arboretum Dentistry. Being that was so close to my house I decided to give them a call. The young lady who answered the call was extremely friendly and got me an appointment right away. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Arboretum Dentistry!!! The office is beautiful and I was also impressed with the equipment! 3D imaging, handheld X-rays 😮! The staff! They were so welcoming! Lisa was amazing and made me feel very comfortable with my cleaning. Very thorough and explained every step to me. Dr. Joubert was very kind and very thorough as well as made me feel comfortable and at ease with my next steps. Always a great experience with Dr. Joubert and the team. Jamie (Office Manager) provides great customer service and Dr. Joubert is not only obviously highly skilled but also incredibly caring. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, and seems to genuinely care about his patients. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate dentist!
I just want to say my experience from the start when booking my appt with Jamie has been so amazing. She empathized with me from my dental issue and was able to get me in before my initial appt. When I walked into the office I felt so comfortable. Dr Joubert was so kind and put me at ease. He made me feel very comfortable and I just knew I was in good hands.
