The BEST!!!!! – I have always had a very positive experience. My son discovered Tony (the owner) a few years ago and now he is the only mechanic our family does business with. I appreciate the honesty and prices. I find that when I use a coupon for an oil change at other establishments, they always find something that must be done ie. brake pads/fluid flush........ I then go to Arboretum Auto and get the correct information. Laura
Excellent Service – My engine light was coming on and I went in to Arboretum Auto Service to have them check it out. They quickly diagnosed the problem and took care of it. I was completely satisfed with the service. The owner and mechanic were very friendly, competent, and they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They also provide a 12 month warranty on any of the work they do. I will definitely go back again, and would highly recommend this shop to anyone.
Very Honest Repair ...!!!! :-) – I have a ford truck and my heater went out but the mechanic shop that look at it first told me that I need to replace the heater-core and that it will take one day to order the parts and 2 days to replaced plus I have to make an appointment for next week because it was Thursday and as you know this December is very cold, anyway I look on line for shops around my zip code and very much that was the same history until Arboretum auto took my truck the same day and order my part for first thing S... read more
Highly Recommended!!! – Arboretum Auto gave me the best service I have ever received from any auto service shop. The owner Tony is a very honest and reliable person. They are willing to give you a lift if you are without a vehicle to and from the shop and are very accommodating. They will only do necessary repairs and will not charge you for anything extraneous. Terrible service, and horrible experience! – Well, where do I start? Perhaps I will start by NOT recommending Arboretum Auto to anyone. First, every shop I've ever been to always calls me after they've checked out the car, and before they do the work to give me an estimate. Always!! I dropped my car off here at the end of the day Saturday. By late Monday afternoon, no call. I call them and they tell me it has been ready... uhh, ok? the best customer service I have experienced at a repair shop!! – The owner of this shop is the most honest person I have ever encountered in an auto repair shop. I had my car at two other shops for a diagnostic on my air conditioning system, and they both tried to sell me a complete replacement. When I brought my car to Arboretum after being referred by a friend, Tony, the owner of the shop told me that l only needed to have two o-rings replaced, and have it recharged with freon.
