Disgusting place to live , surrounded by crack heads , nothing works , rude leasing agents, dog shit everywhere , save your money . Oh and bugs too no pest control has ever came out
have been a tenant at this property for 7 years they were originally managed by mark Taylor the property was beautiful and up kept with excellent customer service .. over the years the management team changed several times and nothing was more compared to what we lost when mark Taylor left and new management took over .. they were behind with work orders and fixing issues in the units and I went one month without a microwave with 3 kids including a new born and the management team could care less … not only that the manageme... read more

As far as living the location is nice, and the grounds are well kept. But if you have any kind of maintenance request it will take 10-14 days to fix and it will most likely break again and you will be in the same position of waiting for another 10-14 days. Do not choose to get your internet through the complex package. Anytime you have a problem cox will tell you, you have to go through the complex, and then the front office will tell you to talk to cox.
