Poor management by Orvick Management! It’s been 6months they’re not fixing gate doors and it’s always open! At the night homeless people are coming in and out. They put on site manger and she isn’t doing anything! A lot of car parking No parking Zone, Fire Lane, Red Lane and in front of the mailboxes. People throwing party and making loud music until morning even in weekdays since she’s not doing anything. No reply or anything!
This is one of the worst maintained societies in the Fremont area. All the flats are old and have cobwebs hanging all around. There is no maintenance. Also the new management Millenium Apartments are fraud and do not even return your security deposit when you leave the apartment. They simply stop responding to your messages. So avoid risking a stay at this place or any other property owned by Millenium Apartments.
