We have been living here for more than four years, and we are very happy with the positive changes we have experienced. Out manager (Connie) is very helpful, communicates quickly, and always responds to our requests. The new maintenance technician also does an excellent job and really knows how to take care of things. I’m updating my original review because I believe it’s fair to acknowledge when things improve. My previous concerns were based on real issues I experienced with maintenance and communication, and at the time I was very frustrated. Since then, management has made a noticeable effort to address my concerns. Communication has improved, requests are being handled more responsibly, and overall I’ve seen a significant improvement in how issues are managed. Arbor Walk has been such a wonderful place to call home. One of the things I appreciate most is the welcoming atmosphere. From the staff to the community itself, there is a genuine feeling that residents matter. The staff have always been friendly, respectful, and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. Arbor Walk apartments is a great place to live. Connie does a fantastic job as a manager.
I just spoke with tammy on the phone looking for an apartment. She was absolutely extremely rude, try to explain to me what an appliance was. When I was specifically asking how the utilities are set up. Did not let me finish speaking. A very easy decision for me not to live here.
