Recently moved in, easy application process. Animal friendly and reasonable move in costs. Although I wish the neighbors were nicer, some are really nosey and will complain about your dogs even if they dont bark. The manager & maintenance are really nice.
Moved into this place a few months ago. So far everything is fantastic, nice quiet, Manager is great and maintance is good. No bugs or noisey neighbors. It's nice to have all the redwood trees as well. Good place to live.

I moved in earlier this year with my kids, its been very family oriented and pet friendly. I love how peaceful it is in arbor walk apartments. If you're looking for a forever home until you buy your forever home; look no further! Anytime I need something to be fixed maintenance handles it fast. These apartments are so clean and it's easy to access the gym, pool, and mailboxes. When Halloween came around, our office manager Connie made goody bags for the kids to have and passed them out. My husband and I just moved in this year and have thoroughly enjoyed our experience! Is also pet friendly and have had no issues owning a cat here. Our manager Connie is always very nice and communicative, and was very helpful and honest during our tour and move-in process. Maintenance has always been timely and friendly, and the common areas/amenities are clean with no pest issues. The whole complex is very quiet and seems safe. We love it so far!
