too many roaches in this complex we've had to take matters in our own hands and that's not even enough
I would not recommend renting at this apartment complex. My experience has been disappointing for several reasons. The leasing manager (Connie) consistently displayed a negative attitude, which made communication very frustrating. Additionally, the overall quality of the complex does not match what is advertised. Maintenance is slow to respond, and common areas are not well-kept. For the rent charged, I expected a much better living environment and level of service. The children that live here are a menace. After continuously throwing random trash over my fence for years. They have now begun throwing whole oranges at my windows. 2 months ago they threw sticks at my glass doors. About 6 months ago they did the same thing to my neighbor and broker her glass sliding door. The arbor walk apartment has a great community to live in. Very clean and quiet neighborhood. The people that live there are all respectful. There are great additions to living here like a fully loaded fitness room and a pool with grill.
