1040 Hollington CLV, where you regularly don't have hot water, but you ALWAYS have a friend in the cockroaches roaming the hallways. Seriously though, do yourself a favor and never move here.
Big shout out to Ashliegh and her continued support to the telecommunications technicians needing access to serve our customers. She is always avaliable and reasonable when access is required for customers!

I had a wonderful experience working with CLV Group. The property (1276 Dorchester) is well maintained and in a quiet area of the city with lots of nearby amenities. I had the pleasure of working with Martine through the rental process and would highly recommend her expertise! Martine was able to help guide me in finding a property that best fit my needs and was always available when I had questions or concerns. She truly went above and beyond to ensure my application and move-in process went as smoothly as possible!
Small apartment but very safe and quiet, and the building manager(s) were so friendly and helpful. Any time I put in a aintenance request it was resolved within a few hours.
