You will also have property management walk into your apartment without prior approval, so make sure you have cameras set up for when you are not home.
My fiance and I moved into a unit on Hollington a couple weeks ago. Unfortunately we weren't given our keys on time so had to spend a week sleeping on the floor in our own apartment. We also had to cancel our movers and take time off the following week to move our stuff in ourselves. We currently have a cockroach infestation in the whole building despite us being clean individuals. They are not taking it seriously or dealing with it in a timely manner.
