I lived at Arbor Village for six years and had an outstanding experience. The property was always clean, well maintained, and professionally managed. Maintenance requests were handled promptly, and communication with residents was excellent. I'd especially like to recognize Krystal Erwin. She's responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly positive. I lived in the Arbor Village Apartments for several years and was very happy with my unit situated on the 5th floor and it was very warm and quiet. Over the years several building managers came and went, however one was a standout and exemplary customer oriented kind and a great listener. Krystal was amazing, and when I did finally move it was because I was leaving the country, she became more of a friend to me and I wish her well and hope she continues to be the bubbly friendly Krystal for all residents for years to come.
