I did street parking in front of this building and the management lady from this building started yelling that my car would get towed even though I was parked in a proper spot. First, she says it’ll be towed because of the sign and when I said that doesn’t apply at the time, she said I’m parked in the loading zone. I wasn’t parked in the loading zone. I was parked in the clearly marked 90 min spot. She seemed so angry and didn’t want someone parked there even though it’s public street parking. Felt like racism to me as there... read more

I lived at Arbor Village for six years and had an outstanding experience. The property was always clean, well maintained, and professionally managed. Maintenance requests were handled promptly, and communication with residents was excellent. I'd especially like to recognize Krystal Erwin. She's responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly positive.
