I lived in the Arbor Village Apartments for several years and was very happy with my unit situated on the 5th floor and it was very warm and quiet. Over the years several building managers came and went, however one was a standout and exemplary customer oriented kind and a great listener. Krystal was amazing, and when I did finally move it was because I was leaving the country, she became more of a friend to me and I wish her well and hope she continues to be the bubbly friendly Krystal for all residents for years to come. Krystal is hands down one of the best assistant managers I’ve come across at Arbor Village. She’s always so friendly and welcoming, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the residents—not just doing her job. Every interaction I’ve had with her, she’s gone out of her way to help and make sure everything was taken care of. It really makes a difference. She brings such a positive energy and keeps things running smoothly. Arbor Village is lucky to have her!
