We truly loved our time living at Arbor Village. From the start, the community felt welcoming and well cared for, and it quickly became a place we were proud to call home. The management team was always professional, kind, and responsive to our needs. Great location close to the train, quick maintenance response, and friendly staff. Manager Tennesse is always attentive, and I love that the building is dog-friendly!
I had a fantastic experience living at Arbor Village. From move in to move out, the management team made sure that we had a smooth experience. The apartments have up-to-date amenities and are more spacious than you could lease at most other places. Management was always available for questions and maintenance. The walls are thick and I never heard noise from neighbors, except when they were in the hallway. I would absolutely move back if I had the chance to live in the area.
The place is always clean and well maintained, leasing staff is always friendly and easy to talk to.
It's a great place to live, in a great little town. Convenient to everything, great staff and well maintained. Very well soundproofed. Two large elevators that run well. In unit laundry areas are clean and well ventilated. Repairs are done promptly, professionally and courteously. There are cheap, spacious, secure and clean storage units to be had on every floor.
