I spent two great years in this community. Thanks a lot for the leasing team -Jasmin and Tore especially- and maintenance team for their exceptional work! During my tenure, any issue that I faced -even if simple- was resolved so quickly, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location of this community as well is really good as it is in the heart of Ann Arbor and it’s close to almost everything. Thanks again!!!
We met Lakesia a few weeks ago she took us on a tour and sat us down explained the entire process from start to finish. She went above and beyond. We we're also down looking to purchase a home. We ended up finding a home which turned out horrible in resulting in 2 failed home inspection to a termination of contract. Feeling defeated and needing to be in Summerville next week for my husband's new job we called the Arbors back and luck have it Lakesia answered the phone. Be careful wasting your time here. The prices listed are substantially different than the actual prices they charge. I've attached the pricing advertised and what I based my appointment on. When I arrived the prices were 500 dollars more a month than advertised. As I was leaving I informed them that this was bait and switch pricing. Only after I left a 1 star reveiw, 15 min later I received an email saying the have updated their pricing to be closer to what was advertised.
