Me and my girlfriend looked all over muscle shoals and these were by far the nicest. We told the woman we needed a downstairs apartment because my girlfriend was pregnant. She all but promised us the apartment, she told us she'd call us the next day to tell us when it would be ready to move into. After not hearing from her all the way up to 4:30 my girlfriend insists that I call. The woman came up with 3 excuses of why we couldn't get in and none had to do with our credit or money coming in...what a waste of $30!!!
Arbor Village is designed for a one person home. The two bedroom is extremely small. Its now under new management and they are slow at taking care of repair matters. I must say i am waiting on my lease to be up!!!!
