Our dog is afraid of everything. We love their curbside service.
I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone. They used to be a good place but now they just seem like frauds. Everything there has gotten so expensive and they don't seem like they care about animals. You make an appointment they take multiple hours beyond when the appointment was to even see your pet. It's also starting to seem like they make up fake ailments to charge you even more and make life harder for you and your pet. When they make some kind of mistake it's you and your pet that suffers for it
Staff is very friendly and will make sure things are done right.
Unfortunately I had to put my guinea pig Baby down as her pain was getting unbearable. I had an appointment at 6:40pm and they closed at 8. It was almost 8 and they were starting to prep for closing but made sure I did not feel rushed in saying goodbye to Baby. I loved that I did not need to feel rushed in saying goodbye and they were super professional and polite. Dr Love and the other (assistants?) were super kind to me as I was a mess. Thank you so much for your patience during this hard time.
