The administrative staff needs to be reminded that a bit of compassion goes a long way. We were having an emergency with our dog his morning and called because our regular vet was closed. The person answering the phone very rudely and annoyed sounding only said "we're booked" and nothing else after explaining our emergency. I understand this completely but a simple "I'm sorry" or " here's a phone number for an emergency hospital" would have made all of the difference to us. Absolutely wonderful and helpful staff, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond for our pup! He can’t wait to come back and see his friends :)
