If I could give a - star I would . I applied back in November and they charged me 50 dollars for each advocate , which is fine, they give you a time limit to complete, which they said I was good when we called the first time and had a email saying it was confirming that everything was completed, not true supposedly it wasn’t finished they said and they took the money. Maintenance entered my apartment without permission or notice!! When I confronted him, the chubby guy with paint on his polo said “I thought nobody would be home”, like that made it okay!? Watch out women, he seemed very aggressive!! When I reported it to the secretary she didn’t seem to do anything about it and didn’t even follow up with me after the incident, as she promised! Well, dryer is not working properly and the office said they cleaned the duct etc but they didn’t, the proof in the picture. I’m still paying $100 since I moved in in March for the washer and dryer. The microwave they ordered seems it’s coming from Mars taking this long 🤔since I placed the request 17 days ago!!! I was told it will arrive on Monday 11th of Sep, the latest the following morning ”Tuesday”and be installed, I called today, Tuesday, 4:30 pm and they don’t have an update, they couldn’t tell me anything smh.
