Total rip off Do NOT use this company. This guy was paid for a job and did not complete it. He got paid for the job and never completed the job. He's a total rip off. Do not mistake this company for Arbor tree care. I will never recommend anyone to Arbor Tree Works. Do not use. Do not use do not use

I have had many tree companies work for me through the years and most recently used Arbor Tree Care. I see there trucks in the neighborhood all the time but was reluctant to use them thinking they would be expensive as they seem to be a larger company. After receiving the free estimate, we had decided to go with Arbor Tree Care Inc and were told we would get a phone call to set things up. We never heard back so we decided to go with someone else. Four days after Arbor's estimate, someone calls at 8:30, but I had an errand to run so was going to call when I got back. Well, at 8:50 their crew just shows up!
