Let me save you from wasting a year here. After living here for 12 months, I can tell you it's a terrible place to live. The biggest problem? Management. They took $750 from my deposit for things that should be free. They charged $350 for normal carpet wear, $250 for basic cleaning, and $150 for painting. This ended up being a smooth sailing process. The ladies in the office helped me through the process step by step. Maria was excellent at explaining everything about this apartment complex and definitely really cares about her tenants.
I want to stop by here to give my opinion about this condominium (Arbor Trail). I have only been living here for 4 months and my opinion is the best. Since the first day I arrived here with my family, the attention has been special. I am very happy with the cleanliness of the areas, with the organization, with the sense of belonging they have with the apartment complex. In short, they are doing a good job..., all the office staff is very professional and responsible with their work. I recommend it 100%.
Absolutely amazing service provided by Laurie and Maria. I am so impressed and thankful for their help. The units here are beautiful and so is the courtyard and pool. I am so happy with my new place! 10/10 recommend
