Review We’ve lived at Arbor Trails for nearly two years and it has been fantastic. We were moving from Pennsylvania and found the apartment on apartments.com. It’s very close to everything we need - grocery shopping, retail, restaurants - and yet it’s remarkably quiet. The buildings are well-constructed and our apartment had new flooring throughout. Great service always
I live here it’s chill only issue is our power cuts off randomly
Let me save you from wasting a year here. After living here for 12 months, I can tell you it's a terrible place to live. The biggest problem? Management. They took $750 from my deposit for things that should be free. They charged $350 for normal carpet wear, $250 for basic cleaning, and $150 for painting. This ended up being a smooth sailing process. The ladies in the office helped me through the process step by step. Maria was excellent at explaining everything about this apartment complex and definitely really cares about her tenants.
