I have lived herer for almost four years. Maria the manager has been here for a long time and she is great. I can ask for things to be fixed and they make sure it gets done right away. I like it here.
Review We’ve lived at Arbor Trails for nearly two years and it has been fantastic. We were moving from Pennsylvania and found the apartment on apartments.com. It’s very close to everything we need - grocery shopping, retail, restaurants - and yet it’s remarkably quiet. The buildings are well-constructed and our apartment had new flooring throughout. I live here it’s chill only issue is our power cuts off randomly
Let me save you from wasting a year here. After living here for 12 months, I can tell you it's a terrible place to live. The biggest problem? Management. They took $750 from my deposit for things that should be free. They charged $350 for normal carpet wear, $250 for basic cleaning, and $150 for painting.
